Sukomala is a hidden gem situated in a Sri Lankan village. We experienced amazing flora and fauna at the beautiful tropical garden! When you arrive at this villa it feels like you do not want to leave. The staff was great helped us out in every possible way! And the Sri Lankan breakfast was so scrumptious and filling plus we got a lovely plate of tropical fruits in the morning. Architecture of the villa is carefully planned that gives such a pleasant local feel, very tastefully designed interiors with cozy beds. The pool side was so nice in the night. We will definitely recommend Sukomala villa to anyone who would want to experience true Sri Lankan hospitality!

The rooms and the view were perfect. Ideal for someone who wants to learn surfing. Very lively area with plenty of restaurants around. They even gave us an early check-in for free.

You can really feel the care they put into making your stay special. I loved every moment here and would definitely come back. Wonderful staff, all very helpful and nice. The hotel itself is gorgeous. Comfort very high, pool very nice. The chef is great and interacts with the guest as well which we liked. Close to the beach but still on a calmer road.
