Everything was great. The staff was very welcoming and frindly and the environment was exquisite. The food was amazing.

My husband and I had an absolutely delightful three-night stay at Casa Tumi. It surpassed all our expectations as the perfect accommodation during our time in Lesotho. The staff were simply exceptional, truly a gem. Mark and Doreena proved to be outstanding hosts, and the breakfasts and dinners they served were nothing short of delightful. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel truly at home. Moreover, they went above and beyond to ensure that our experience at Casa Tumi was unforgettable, generously sharing their knowledge about local culture and traditions. One of the highlights of our stay was the horseback ride on the first day, led by a local named Motebang. It provided us with a unique opportunity to immerse ourselves in the local way of life and connect with the people and culture of Lesotho. Motebang was not only an exceptional host during the horseback ride but also became a friend, joining us later to hang out at the bar and introduce us to his friends. Across the street, there's a local hangout where you can mingle with the locals, enjoy some beers, play pool and cards and gain deeper insights into their way of life. Keep in mind, for context it is a very small bar with only a few locals at a time. On our second day, we followed the Mark's recommendation and drove to the famous waterfalls, embarking on a hike that turned out to be a real highlight of our trip. In the area, there were plenty of other hikes available. With some advance notice, Mark or Doreena would gladly arrange a guide for you. Unfortunately, we didn't have enough time during our stay to take advantage of this opportunity. For those seeking an authentic Basotho experience and a chance to learn more about the rich traditions of these wonderful people, I cannot recommend Casa Tumi highly enough. It's the perfect place to truly immerse yourself in the beauty and culture of Lesotho and support a local business.

Very good for groups , was recently there for Letofe festival, host was Great, breakfast very good, internet awesome, though the place is outside of town, it was immaculate, host went out of the way for an extra room.

Amazing cottage in beautiful rural Lesotho. The fire place and blankets kept us nice and warm during the cold nights. We loved the evening dinner and desserts. The horse trekking was memorable taking us up to a beautiful lookout point to view the twin peaks.! It was truly special for us and the kids!
