Wonderful place in countryside. Apple trees, a stork right in front of our window. Nice historic location in a small village. Good location for hiking in Gauja national park. It's an amazing hidden gem close to and far away from civilization at the same time. It's a quiet place during off-(wedding)-season (as the whole place of recreation specializes in weddings). It's really convenient to get the key, you don't have to talk to anybody, just take the key from a box. Parking is beside the hotel for free. The room was very cozy and clean. The bathroom was big and well lit. There are several places in the close vicinity of the hotel where you can eat.
