This guesthouse is a restored estate building bursting with character, a peaceful garden and pond with ample seating AND for an exceptional price. The owner is thoughtful & very kind. The rooms were simple, but had everything you might need. There isn't any tea-making facilities, but plenty of sockets to charge devices etc. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet. I slept very well. The shower and toilet are small but everything worked very well. FOOD was great here. We went to the dining room for an evening meal, because the restaurant we had chosen was booked out. However, the hotel restaurant provided an EXCELLENT range on the menu, and when the food came the portions were large and it was delicious - we ate too much. Breakfast was given in a different room, but had a good range of hot and cold and I ate too much. Car parking is out the front and is very convenient. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We really liket the hotel! The Musa River and the peaceful surroundings with birds were wonderful. We desided to stay one night more there to get photos of all birds there.Two European white storks built a nest on a pillar in the hotel yard! What a joy! The room was spacious and cosy, very good bed, spacious bathroom. Silent hotel at this time of year ( at the end of April). Good location ! Liels paldiels! Tuula & Keijo

Amazing value for the money! Basic but everything you need for a simple leisure trip with the family. Nice location on a hill-side of the river valley. Close to the town center. Wonderful view at the Mūsa river. Clean rooms. Friendly hosts.

The house is much cosier than in the pictures with a beautiful garden, lawn and a guest house included in the price. We'd definitely stay longer , but we had to continue our voyage. The host was very friendly, treated us with berries from their garden and some jam. He advised us also on the local places of interest, which we gladly enjoyed next day.
