I would like to warmly thank the hotel’s technical team for their prompt and professional intervention in solving the chasse d’eau issue. Despite the difficulty of the repair, they demonstrated great expertise. While observing two technicians, perhaps assisted by the technical manager, I was truly impressed by the way they made the operation look simple—almost like a delicate heart surgery. My sincere congratulations and deepest respect for their excellent work.

Brilliant stay beautiful apartment bedrooms clean and sitting room and sofas lovely strong air con TV with lots of channels and a digital interface with Netflix and other internet based apps. A 20 minute drive from the main Hoceima so will need a car/taxi.

    There is any things in this city , just some small beaches ,...

    There is any things in this city , just some small beaches , no restaurants no coffees shops no places for kids the must of beaches is not suitable for the kids very dangerous roads , the people in this city is not freindly at all , city very crouded in the summer and very hot , if you dont have a car its imposible to come, i. Dont recomand at all , i cant repeat this experience any more i cant drives hours and hours to visite a city like alhouceima

    Location was nice

    Location was nice Residence was not equipped and was very dirty I rented two bungalows and both had. Blocked sinks. Infested by ants, flies and insects. Was very dirty and that was done was poor. Pillows had no pillow cases and not enough towels left over to give us from hotel side.

    The hotel is at a great location, with a wonderful view and serves a very good breakfast. No buffet at the time that we were there, but certainly more than enough and tasty on a personal tray. The room was spacious, but a little rundown. With replacements of some lamps, furniture and carpets it should be great again, the basic quality of the room (bed, floors, walls, etc.) is very good. The staff was very friendly, but in one case not very professional, see below.

    Wonderful location، front desk staff incompetent as they insisted that reserving through booking.com exempts the guest from getting the rewards points.Luckily the GM promised to add the points. Breakfast was chaotic and hugely understaffed. Good size room but a bit dirty with a big spider web next to the main bed. Bleach marks on beige bayheoom towels. Facilities are wonderful. All in all the hotel was packed but suffers from lack of stuff and training.

    On arrival I was greeted at reception. Quick check in and taken to my apartment. In 3 months of travelling around Morocco this was the most comfortable bed I had slept on. The apartment was relatively new had a great washing machine, plenty of hot water with plenty of pressure. Kitchen had plenty of amenities for a short or long term stay. Parking at the door. 24 hour reception. Will stay again if in Al Hoceima.

    We went during off season, so only very few guests. In-spite of this, the hotel managed to provide good food. Location is just amazing. Staff were very helpful and courteous.
