Location. Easy to find in the Medina Ibrahim went over and above to make our stay a memorable holiday. He changed up the breakfast and also prepared us a takeaway breakfast as we left very early. Highly recommend this riad. Very authentic service. The supporting staff was also very supportive. Great teamwork. 11/10

The riad is absolutely beautiful and full of charm, in a fantastic location on a very safe street, and the locals are incredibly friendly. The terrace offers breathtaking views, accompanied by the cheerful, twinkling songs of birds. The hosts, Adil and Roberta, along with the ladies of the staff, are all wonderfully kind, helpful, and welcoming, making every moment of my stay feel truly special.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! Everything was clean, comfortable, and the service was excellent. A special shoutout to the amazing reception team – always helpful, professional, and so kind. Great hotel, we use this hotel every summer and great service as always with great helpful staff. I recommend this hotel to everyone, swimming pool is great, it's like my second home in Fez, kids loved it. The breakfast is great also, 5 🌟 rating from me.
