Peaceful heaven, not many people although hotel was full, spa and gym. Spanish lounge music at a pool. Amazing customer service (but you have to ask what you want and repeat (they say they unerstood but they didnt :))

I had a fantastic stay at Sungo Club! 🌟 The place is beautiful and welcoming, with an atmosphere that truly lets you relax and enjoy your holiday. The food was excellent with plenty of variety, especially at dinner where we could choose between three different restaurants. A big thanks to Lotfi at the bar – always friendly, professional, and with a great talent for creating a good vibe. His drinks are as excellent as his service🍹 I also want to highlight Khadija from housekeeping, who did an outstanding job. My room was always spotless, fresh, and inviting – small details that really make a difference. 🧹✨ All in all, I can warmly recommend Sungo Club to anyone looking for top service, a great atmosphere, and an unforgettable holiday experience. I will definitely be coming back!

Said and Nezha Thaifa were amazing hosts and their staff, especially the other Said, were really kind and making sure we were comfortable. It felt like staying with family honestly: they even bought a football for my son to play, and M.Said and my son watched football games on TV together. The property was in a quiet location 15km away from the craziness of the medina so it was great to come back late afternoon to enjoy the pool and relax. The food was delicious, all home cooked freshly every day. The free breakfast was copious and very good. And for dinners we got to try all the tajines cooked by Nezha and her team… probably the best we’ve ever tried! We also got to try all the traditional Maroccan starters and desserts. :) Room was spacious and comfortable.

Exceptional staff. All the reception staff were amazing especially Farrisi. The dinning area staff all were kind and friendly. The domestic staff were also excellent. We had a wonderful experience at the BeLive Collection Marrakech. Every staff member we encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service. Free shuttle bus for the city center is provided. Thank you! Will recommend to who intend to visit Marrakech!
