The riad is absolutely beautiful and full of charm, in a fantastic location on a very safe street, and the locals are incredibly friendly. The terrace offers breathtaking views, accompanied by the cheerful, twinkling songs of birds. The hosts, Adil and Roberta, along with the ladies of the staff, are all wonderfully kind, helpful, and welcoming, making every moment of my stay feel truly special.

Its a very modern/urban hotel located in fez, really close to the train station (8 min walk) facilities are great. Breakfast was 10/10 as well, since you got a variety of bread, msemen and tea and juice. Its not a buffet, every table gets their own stuff. Room and bathroom were really clean as well.

Great hotel, we use this hotel every summer and great service as always with great helpful staff. I recommend this hotel to everyone, swimming pool is great, it's like my second home in Fez, kids loved it. The breakfast is great also, 5 🌟 rating from me. The hotel was exceptionally clean and had beautiful areas to relax and enjoy and we loved the Spanish restaurant. The restaurant reception Amea ? gave us outstanding service and was very welcoming. The bed was large and very comfortable and the pillows were perfect. The room was also very quiet and peaceful.

This is a business hotel in a new city. There are restaurants, convenience stores, and banks nearby. It is a 4-star hotel, clean and well maintained, and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is great and the room is clean. The small swimming pool and view on the rooftop are also very nice. We stayed as a group of 19 people and had no problems at all. I plan to stay again in December.
