Staying at Riad Jnane Fes Medina & Luxury Palace was one of the highlights of my trip to fez. The riad itself is stunning , a perfect blend of traditional Moroccan charm and modern comfort. But what made the stay truly special was the staff. Kenza welcomed us with the warmest smile and made me feel at home immediatly. Mostapha was equally wonderful --always attentive , and ready to help with anything i needed ,from directions to recommandations. Thanks to them, my time in fez felt effortless and memorable. Highly recommend this riad to anyone visiting the city.

The riad is absolutely beautiful and full of charm, in a fantastic location on a very safe street, and the locals are incredibly friendly. The terrace offers breathtaking views, accompanied by the cheerful, twinkling songs of birds. The hosts, Adil and Roberta, along with the ladies of the staff, are all wonderfully kind, helpful, and welcoming, making every moment of my stay feel truly special.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! Everything was clean, comfortable, and the service was excellent. A special shoutout to the amazing reception team – always helpful, professional, and so kind. We had the most amazing time at this hotel. The breakfast was lovely. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. And the facilities were wonderful. Cannot say enough good things about this hotel and our stay there. Couldn’t expect any better. Lastly the restaurant we ate in was good value and food was good. Thank you.
