The stylish hotel was fantastic and even better than the pictures ! We had a wonderful stay. It was clean and Frank couldn’t have been more helpful throughout our stay. The pool was fantastic for the kids and the food was the best we’ve had in Morocco… we will definitely be back 💕

Said and Nezha Thaifa were amazing hosts and their staff, especially the other Said, were really kind and making sure we were comfortable. It felt like staying with family honestly: they even bought a football for my son to play, and M.Said and my son watched football games on TV together. The property was in a quiet location 15km away from the craziness of the medina so it was great to come back late afternoon to enjoy the pool and relax. The food was delicious, all home cooked freshly every day. The free breakfast was copious and very good. And for dinners we got to try all the tajines cooked by Nezha and her team… probably the best we’ve ever tried! We also got to try all the traditional Maroccan starters and desserts. :) Room was spacious and comfortable.

An Unforgettable Stay! I had the pleasure of staying at Palais Alcazar and cannot recommend it highly enough! The location is absolutely perfect—close to everything you could need while still providing a peaceful and serene escape. The cleanliness throughout the property was impeccable, from the rooms to the common areas—it was clear that a lot of care is taken to maintain the highest standards. I was also incredibly impressed by the quality of the food; every meal was a treat, offering delicious and authentic flavors that added to the overall experience. We had a truly lovely stay at Upupa de l’Atlas. The place is calm, surrounded by nature and animals, and perfect for disconnecting from the city. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from start to finish. A special thank you to Khalid, so professional and attentive, he made sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable in every way. The pool was a real highlight: very clean, well-maintained, and without an overwhelming smell of chlorine, perfect for relaxing and swimming comfortably. Every single person was amazing. Especially Soufiane ( I hope he gets this message. I also hope I am spelling his name right). From our very first night to our last, he has gone beyond and above for my two boys and I. He really made our 3 nights stay and money worth every cent.
