The friendly family atmosphere of everyone that worked there. They did their absolute best to please all guests. You wouldn’t get that attention in a huge multi building hotel. We met the owners of the property and they treated us to a delicious traditional Macedonian meal. Nothing was too much trouble for them with their busy lives. Sooo welcoming and genuinely beautiful people. We stayed there 2 weeks and I’ve missed them all very much since and a smile always comes when I recall our time there. A very nice hotel. The room was modern and well equipped. Great food. Originally booked for a single nights stay on my motorcycle tour, but stayed an extra night as I had a mechanical problem with my motorbike and the owner, who speaks English, was SO helpful and kind. Arranging a mechanic to repair my bike and driving me to collect it. Thanks again Zoran.
