Iklin what is the ideal location for visiting our family in...
Iklin what is the ideal location for visiting our family in Belzan a short walk away. It was also only a 30 minute walk to the town of Naxxar. We enjoyed The Red Farm Relais & Spa so much we didn't need to venture out much. We didn't need a car while visiting, but would recommend if you wish to explore Malta. Iklin is a quiet small mostly residential town about 15 Minutes by car from Valletta where the urban sprawl melts into the countryside, perfect if you're after a quiet stay. It's well positioned for trips around the island, especially the North. There are a few amenities, like supermarkets and some restaurants. Some sights like the town of Naxxar or the famous Mosta Rotunda are only 10 minutes by bus, or 30 minutes on foot. Number 31 takes you direct to Valletta in 30 minutes.
