The resort and the people working there were phenomenal. Special thanks to Rubesh from guest relations who went above and beyond to make our stay, check in and check out comfortable and smooth. Everyone was very friendly and the service was at 5 stars. We were celebrating my 30th birthday there and they made a special cake for me. The food was also amazing. Lots of choices and everything was delicious

I travelled with a friend for her birthday treat. We realised we are in for a great time from the moment we arrived and we were met by a charming valet who welcomed us graciously like we were some "queens". We had a grand welcome at the reception and the wow moment was when we entered our room only to be welcomed by a complimentary champaigne bottle and two maritim branded sunhats in a magnificent and spacious room. The services at the bar, restaurant, the SPA, the horse stable...all exceeded my expectations. Did i even mention that the DJ was so accommodating as to play a happy birthday song for my friend Joan, played for her a Kenyan song and played for me a Malawian song of my liking? And did i mention how the restaurant went the extra mile to bring for Joan a cake, sung a birthday song for her at breakfast? A rating of 10 cannot even begin to explain the experience at this hotel!!!

Really a best choice! Cannot believe the sheet, the pillowcase, the towel are all so new! Even embroidered with this place’s name, making it like a five star hotel! The owner is so generate providing many local teabags which are very good. Manager’s name and telephone number are on the wall making it very easy for the customer to find help. Since my airplane is delayed more than five hours so when I arrived at the hotel it is near midnight. Felt so secure when saw the manager Mr Mihary and the guard were there waiting for me. With 5 minutes walk can arrive the big central market. Then 10 minutes can arrive the most famous beach where the hotel is near six fold of this place. Really a good experience.

Excellent position, on the beach, wonderful scenery worthy of an illustration from Mauritius. The breakfast was ok, the same every day, but it had a large variety of fruits. Dinner was a buffet, it didn't have many options, but they were tasty and every evening there were different types of food. A wide variety of salads. The spacious room and the comfortable bed. The staff is friendly and always smiling! We will definitely come back!

I recently had the absolute pleasure of staying at the enchanting Hotel Le Suffren in Mauritius, and I must say, it was nothing short of magical. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, my daughter and I were transported to a world of pure elegance and grace. One of the true highlights of our stay was the culinary journey we embarked upon at the hotel's restaurant, where we had the privilege of being dazzled by the extraordinary sushi chef, Ritchy. His artistry with sushi was a revelation, and the flavors danced on our taste buds like a symphony. In fact, it's safe to say that this dining experience was the pinnacle of our culinary adventures in Mauritius. During our stay, a minor maintenance issue cropped up in our room. However, I was absolutely astounded by the swift and professional manner in which the duty manager addressed the situation. Not only did they resolve the issue with precision and care, but they also surprised us with a gracious refund for one night's stay. This unexpected gesture of goodwill touched our hearts deeply. Hotel Le Suffren is not just a place to stay; it's a haven of exceptional hospitality and grace. The staff's dedication to ensuring their guests' happiness is nothing short of extraordinary.
