We absolutely loved our time at the hotel. The premises and facilities were exceptional. The property had 4 pools but we parked ourselves at the one with the swim-up-bar and that was a favourite among our group. The food choices were brilliant and there was something for everyone. Our highlights was Citronelle Restaurant which provides a buffet option which we enjoyed for breakfast and dinner. We visited the spa and the gym which were both great facilities. The gym and then the sauna especially were a great way to start each day. We tried out the Legend Golf Course and WOW, what a course!!!! If you’re a keen golfer, please give it a go but be weary that it is full of water hazards and you may lose a few golf balls. You also need to make sure to wear very tidy dress and that polos are mandatory but if you do not have one, the Pro Shop has plenty of options. Everyone on the course had a golf cart which made sense at it was very hot. The cold towel at the end of the course was definitely welcome. What truly stood out though were the staff. They went above and beyond for their clients and ensured that the experience was perfect and it truly was. The staff are a credit to the hotel and each person we encountered seemed like they truly cared. Overall we would recommend the property to anyone who would like to visit. Do yourself a favour and visit Constance Belle Mare Plage and you will not regret it!

The overall hotel is just great, just recently refurbished and with an incredible attention to decoration details. The rooms are very large, comfortable an clean and basically we could see the ocean from bed. Food also great. The location is very quiet amd I got the impression that altghough it is a bit remote, it is in a upper residential areas (the road passing in the back of the hotel was veey clean, all the neighbourghoud villas seemed very nice).

The food was another highlight—every meal was a treat, with delicious flavours and a variety of options to choose from. Dining with such a spectacular view made the experience even more special. Everything about this place exceeded our expectations, and we truly had the most wonderful time. A deciding factor for many people, apart from the price, is usually luxury, while neglecting the importance of excellence. This place is a textbook definition of excellence at its finest. From the moment you step into the facility with the first handshake, the staff ensures to accommodate your needs and make your stay as pleasant as possible. They are simply amazing. I appreciate every single one of you! Without you, this place wouldn’t be this special. Thank you! Not sure if pointing out specifics and explaining how good everything is would be necessary, but there is one extraordinary thing worth mentioning, the passion fruit sorbet dessert. It is the absolute perfection of flavour balance.

The level of service in this hotel is incredible. They are fast, efficient, friendly and there is nothing we asked and they failed to deliver. It is really impressive. Especially i would point out concierge service, service at main pool, and housekeeping. Simply amazing.

Everything. The friendly & attentive staff, delicious & healthy food choices, the best breakfast & dinner buffet I’ve ever eaten, best gym facilities with welcoming staff, beautiful & relaxing beach set up, amazing spa, clean & spacious hotel room, views, free water sports & boats. I accidentally left a bag at Lux with souvenirs. I contacted them and managed to have my belongings recovered & even delivered across the island. Special thanks to Anwar for personally delivering. I could go on & on. We are repeat guests. Last year we stayed 3 nights, this year we were wiser with experience and booked a full week to fully enjoy & appreciate everything. Thank you!!!
