It is a very good place to stay. We liked it very much and we had a great time here. There are many things to see and Meema is a very good host. She also gives information about many things. The host is also a famous singer. He is called Guruji and he teaches many children about Tabla and music. He himself lives in South Africa, but his house is here. It was very nice to meet everyone and it felt like home. That is why we liked this place very much. We want other people to come and stay here too.

Staff was very nice, food was good, they were very helpful in organising things for us, like a rental car or excursions. They also offered us a special dinner because we were on our honeymoon and decorated our room with roses and champagne. The resort is very nice because it’s small and intimate.

Amazing property set in a beautiful natural surrounding with mangroves, beach and lagoon. Staff was exceptionally well mannered and paid personal attention to all the guests. Imtiaz at the reception gave a warm welcome and introduced us to the property, explaining every detail in a very pleasing manner. Realising my interest in mangroves, Manager Sylvabelle took time to discuss about the subject in detail. Overall, an experience to cherish.

Everything was perfect in the accommodation and even better the hospitality. Jay is a great person with a kind heart, great helper and multilingual. We enjoyed both the stay and the time spent talking with Jay. We will come back here again next time we come to Mauritius.

I had an incredible stay at Ocean Terraces, located right on the beach with stunning views. The penthouse is well-appointed with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a rooftop jacuzzi. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment in Post Lafayette, Mauritius. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and enjoyable. The booking process was effortless, thanks to the exceptional agent, Nathanielle. She was incredibly helpful and proactive, making the entire reservation process smooth and stress-free. Her communication was outstanding—I would often receive updates or answers to questions before even asking. She truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, which added so much to the overall experience. We arrived a bit late, but everything was perfectly arranged. As promised, the security team was expecting us, and retrieving the keys from the secure lockbox (combination provided beforehand) was straightforward. The apartment itself exceeded all expectations—it’s even more beautiful than the photos! Upon arrival, we were greeted with a thoughtful welcome basket filled with goodies like bread, honey, tea, coffee sachets, biscuits, and milk. Such a lovely touch! The apartment is spacious, clean, and well-equipped with essential amenities like air conditioning (a must in Mauritius!). Each bedroom, as well as the living area, has its own balcony with comfortable seating, and the view of the ocean from the living room balcony is simply breathtaking. The direct beach access was another highlight that made our stay extra special. Daily housekeeping service added to the convenience, and the availability of dishwasher and washing machine pods was a thoughtful detail. The security personnel were also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. For transportation, we highly recommend using the Yugo app for taxis—it’s reliable and efficient. Nearby restaurants offer delivery, and all the essential information about the apartment, local services, and dining options is conveniently compiled in a booklet on the dining table. This apartment truly provided a perfect getaway, and we can’t recommend it enough.

    Roches Noires is a nice place.

    Roches Noires is a nice place. Keep in mind that in our summer (july / august) it is winter over there and the east coast will have a constant breeze (up to 4 BFT). Having a rental car we found that almost all of the days we would drive to the west or south coast as there is no wind on that side during their winter.

    It’s a fishing village.

    It’s a fishing village. Beaches have lots of rocks but you can easily walk / drive to a fine Sandy one. For Sandy beach try Von Molke , Roche Noire public beach or Bras D’Eau . They are very calm and shallow water.

    Friendly, helpful staff.

    Friendly, helpful staff. Everything in close proximity - gym, restaurant, three pools, restaurant, beach, beach shop, bar and reception. Beaches were clean and private. Delicious food and always a good selection of fresh fruit with every meal. Wonderful selection of freshly baked breads, pastries and desserts too. Room was clean and comfortable. Lots of activities on offer and daily trips to the Sister hotel and market. We travelled as a couple but there were many young families there.

    We stayed raddissn blue azuri spa hotel and it was just dreamland view .beautiful garde palm trees beech clean and lovely beach you cant fault anything.one of daughter is niqabi so for plunge pool the put the whole frame infront of our pool so she can enjoy too.staff are all very polite helpful from office staff to cleaner or gardner everyone well mannered wel trained always asking if we are ok we need anything .just loved the place you cant be wrong to choose this hotel.best ever view i had on my life.amazing every thing was amazing.thankyou to all the staff who made it good memory for us.
