I can particularly highlight kindness, efficiency and helpfulness of all the staff. Front desk is extremely nice and pleasant and helped not only during check-in and check-out, but also to arrange my flight to and from the island (from Malé). Servers in the hotel restaurant are attentive, kind, always smiling and extremely helpful. Not only that, also the kitchen staff is very helpful. Room service staff is also smiling, always positive, nice, understanding and helpful. I would like to specifically stress the helpfulness of food&beverage staff. I have several food allergies, which are quite annoying, limiting and stressful. The staff made everything that I would feel secure, always informed me about my allergens and obviously took it into consideration when preparing food for the restaurant (as I participated in buffet dinners). So to some extent, I believe, I was a burden for other guests, but I do not think they noticed. Anyways, the behavior of the staff really helped me to lift my stress and anxiety about the food and I cannot appreciate it more.

A Truly Unforgettable Stay in Paradise! Our stay at this beautiful resort in the Maldives was an absolute dream. The hotel is tucked away among tall palm trees, just 10 meters from a stunning white-sand beach with crystal-clear water. The entire island felt like a hidden paradise. One of the highlights of our trip was swimming with manta rays in the incredible Hanifaru Bay – a once-in-a-lifetime experience that we will never forget. Every day, the hotel provided us with clean beach towels, snorkeling masks, and fins, making it so easy to enjoy the sea and the underwater beauty. The staff were exceptional – always kind, professional, and genuinely caring. A special thank you to Sumesh, who went above and beyond every single day to make our stay perfect. He solved every little issue quickly and with a smile, making us feel completely looked after. We also want to highlight the head of dining, who ensured every meal was fresh, delicious, and beautifully served. The service in the restaurant was just as great as the food itself. For the price, the hotel was more than fair – clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. The island is small but absolutely magical, ideal for relaxation, nature lovers, and ocean adventures. Lovely beachfront hotel, very welcoming and well maintained. The manager was incredibly helpful and truly cared about the guests, which made us feel at home. I enjoyed the full board option: the food was tasty, with a good variety for a small hotel. The staff, both in the restaurant and overall, were warm, friendly, and always happy to chat.

The host and all the staff were extremely helpful. They have provided all the information I asked for before the arrival and they have facilitated the snorkeling trips for us. When we left, they also wrote to us to make sure we have arrived ok to the new location. Lovely! The room was clean and big enough. The bathtub in the room was a big plus.
