Amazing!!!! If I could give 15/10, I would. The staff is so kind and helpful, the rooms are very nice and clean and the diving is just spectacular. We will definitely be back.

I liked both the hotel itself and its location. There was a beautiful beach nearby where you could swim and watch the sunrise. I took a hotel with breakfast included. It was prepared every morning) The manager also arranged for a transfer by speedboat to the island itself. It was very convenient: 2 hours on the road and I ended up on the island at the hotel!)

Everything about this place is truly beautiful. Right from the staff to amazing food and all the amenities. Location is perfect. a quick walk and straight to beach. Rooms are comfortable & everyone around is so welcoming.

We had a great stay at Koimala! All staff were so friendly and helpful, with nothing too much of an ask. They organised amazing excursions for reasonable prices- we saw whale sharks, turtles and Manta rays (go pro footage was sent to us for free after!). The room was very clean and well kept and we were even offered a free upgrade for our last few nights.

This was my second stay at LUX and once again it was a truly special experience. We stayed in August, with wonderful weather, in a beautiful water villa overlooking the crystal-clear sea. The resort is enchanting: the island is large and well equipped, offering many facilities such as a gym, diving center, six restaurants and several bars. The international breakfast was excellent and served in two different restaurants. During our stay we dined almost every evening at Umami, the Japanese restaurant: outstanding food thanks to Chef Jester and impeccable service by Reehaan. I highly recommend trying it.

During my stay at Vilu Residence, the newly opened guesthouse, I was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding service provided by the staff. Their commitment to excellence elevated my experience on this captivating island. The island itself is a haven of tranquility, with vibrant coral reefs and crystal-clear waters. The guesthouse goes above and beyond by offering a range of activities, from the serene pleasures of snorkeling to the exhilarating thrill of whale shark snorkeling. The private sandbank trip was a highlight, providing an exclusive and intimate escape. I wholeheartedly recommend Vilu Residence to fellow travelers seeking a perfect blend of attentive hospitality, breathtaking surroundings, and a diverse array of activities. It truly made my stay an unforgettable island retreat.

Great and dedicated staff, very good food, very clean, calm and perfect location for diving and snorkelling. Whalesharks and mantas almost guaranteed.

Our stay at Sun Island Villa Resort was absolutely amazing! Everything was perfectly organized from the very beginning – the transfer was smooth, and just 4 hours after landing in Male, we were already transfered from International Airport, checked in and settled in our villa on Sun Island. We were delighted that our request for an upgrade to a Sunset Deluxe Villa was accommodated upon arrival. The villa (No. 495) was right by the water – spacious, just renovated nicely designed, and impeccably clean. Waking up to the breathtaking ocean view and having direct access to the water was truly unforgettable. The food included in the all-inclusive package was outstanding – a huge selection of dishes in the main restaurant, always fresh and well prepared. No matter your culinary preferences, there was something for everyone. An excellent à la carte restaurants (we were at thai and italian restaurants and both are highly recommend). A lot of additional activities was a fantastic bonus – from diving and water sports to excursions, gym and spa treatments, there was never a dull moment. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable and luxurious. Special thanks to: BODEY - our incredible waiter, who made our dining experience truly exceptional. He was always incredibly kind, ensuring we had the perfect table with a direct ocean view. It felt like he anticipated our needs before we even asked—always nearby whenever we needed anything. His attentive and warm service made every meal even more enjoyable. AFRIN - our wonderfull host who took care of every detail to ensure our stay was absolutely perfect and we are daily informed about all activities available. She was always available, incredibly helpful, and organized everything seamlessly, making our experience truly unforgettable. Her kindness and professionalism made us feel so welcomed.

We stayed at kikis guesthouse, felt incredibly welcome from the first minute and had the most amazing time. He is such a lovely person, made sure we were comfortable and had everything we need at all times. We learned so much about Maamigili, the maldives and the malediven life, he and his friends even made a barbecue for us one night which was amazing. He helped us organize diving and organized a whale shark snorkeling tour, his friends joined us on the tour and made it one of the best experiences we've had with their knowledge and efforts. We saw it several times and even had the whale shark for ourselves a few moments all thanks to Kikis friends Ibrm and Ammdhy, and of course the boat captain:) The room is spacious and very clean with everything could need. Kiki made sure we paid a good price for the tours, answered all the questions we had and made sure we felt safe and like at home at all times. The breakfast in the restaurant next door was great and the owner couple very friendly. If I come back to the maldives I will definitely stay here:) Hope to see you again we can't thank you enough for making it such a memorable stay

I have been traveling together with my girlfriend to the Maldives and we really didn't know how it's going to be on a local island. Shahid (host) is a person that sets value on good communication beforehand as well as on the trip itself. Before we came there, we chatted via WhatsApp about everything important (flights, diving license, prices etc.). That helped a lot because we felt informed all the way through. I wanted to dive, but my girlfriend cannot. So, she could stay on the boat, could do some snorkeling while I was diving. Shahid managed everything and paid much attention on us feeling good. We could ask him anything at any time. The stay at La Cabana was way better than expected because of the very personal contact to the super-friendly staff. All in all, the staff works in a very professional way, is reliable, open-minded, funny and makes you think of cancelling your flight back. :) We definitely would recommend staying at La Cabana.
