The staff wa s great! They were very helpful at check-in, and with our requests. We had some laundry done, and they helped us to contact the service, which then picked up and returned our laundry without any problems. Super easy for us. We didn't have time to use the pools, but they looked amazing. Lots of people were enjoying them when we arrived. The staff was also very helpful in ordering taxis, which is important because everywhere you want to go required a taxi from this location.

Loved the stunning view of the ocean! Saw multiple pods of whales from our room and the restaurant. The food and price at the restaurant was amazing, as well as the staff. We absolutely loved our stay here and would come back again

This is a nice place because of the wonderful view, the nice rooms and the great food. But what makes it outstanding are the people working here !! The gardener , cleaning lady , waiter,bartender ,chef, receptionist,manager and the owner all makes this in to an absolutely wonderful place to stay at!! Helpful, happy and professional in a very, very comfortable way! This is a place to escape the rest of the world and just relax!

The staff were sooo good- Tania, Thomas, Sylvia, Armondo - just to name a few! The food was very good - even after 3 weeks we were very happy with the menu. The view, the pool and the beach were all great!

    If you are decor and architecture lover like me: this is perfect place for you. If you value being surrounded by nature and silence, you gonna love it. Javi and Nayo are the best examples of how to do hospitality with heart. Not too mention the obvious: all clean, comfortable, well thought. The pool...the garden...the hamacs...the external shower....This place radiates beautiful energy and I will be back for sure! The best stay and I've spent a month travelling around Mexico to give you an idea

    This was an absolutely lovely experience. The house was absolutely gorgeous with beautiful architecture, art, and nature. My room was very nice with a very powerful air conditioner (much appreciated) and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Javi and Nayo were amazing hosts and it was lovely getting to know them! They also gave great recommendations for beaches and local restaurants. I hope I come back to Huatulco soon and stay here or at Planta! Muchísimas gracias por todo.

    The staff were all excellent!! Very helpful and attentive! The place was clean and comfortable with everything you need. Very tranquil place to relax with lots of room! The neighbors are friendly. Huatulco is great and warm! No sweater required at night.
