We booked this hotel last minute because of a road block to San Cristobal. Lady at the desk was more than happy to help and contact our other hotel. The rooms were very modern and spacious, very nice! Good and fast wifi! Including a breakfast buffet with enough options (toast, yoghurt, scrambled eggs, potatoes, chips, muffins, fresh fruit). The hotel is right next to the mall, so easy to go there too.

We loved our stay here. Beautiful hotel with rooms with attention to detail. The shower was the best we had in Mexico. The parking behind the hotel was super handy. The location is as central as you can get. Would definitely recommend.

Location is excellent, the town centre is right around the corner but it is very quiet. The hotel seems quite new, room styling and decoration is a bit more personal. Beds are very comfortable. There is secure parking available and the hotel itself has a security guy sitting at the entrance of the hotel the whole time.
