A PERFECT PLACE FOR US, in the middle of everything but absolutely quiet , we reserved the suite with the Jacuzzi and we enjoyed it too much. The owner told us the paintings and the murales in the bathrooms was made by an Argentinian Artist , the woman painted in the bathroom is incredible , it was like some in the bathroom all the time you get in, I don't know how to explain but definitely a nice thing, I've discovered at the end of my stay It is very difficult to describe this place, definitely something out of ordinary.

Everything this condo offers is amazing. Clean, close to grocery, in between suburban (real Mexican area) and the party spots, plus 15 min to the beach! Love the roof top swimming pool for a lazy day. Super convenient to everything. Will definitely come back!

Brand new amenities. Super comfortable rooms. Each space is beautifully designed. The family pool is great. Staff were absolutely adorable with us and so welcoming everywhere: pool staff, restaurant staff, welcome team…Absolutely Delicious food. We loved having a dedicated “guia” taking care of us; Itza was super professional and friendly. She would help us having our kids food pre-ordered and ready for them at diner time.

What a hidden gem in Playa Del Carmen! This place and the host Francis will give the feeling of coming home to your family! Which is the first time I ever felt like being at home in a “hotel”. Me and my girlfriend does not speak Spanish, and every other hotels we where at didn’t speak English throughout Yucatán. But Franchis spoke perfectly english and was the perfect “guide” not just in Playa but for the whole of Yucatán. He gave us good advices of where to go and what to do! The room was very clean and pretty. it had all the necessities that you need and with good quality. The room even had a Google home which was handy to play some music on and had a smart tv where we could watch Netflix. And don’t let me start on the breakfast… Wow, wow, wow! Homemade juice, bread, cake, marmalade and freshly made breakfast every day. The first day we got in-house cured Salmon and the second day we got enchiladas. Thank you so much for the stay, and this is a must for us next time we will come back to Playa!

Reasonable price and well located close to the walking streets where most restaurants are and to the beach. We only stayed one night to avoid sleeping in Cancun after landing in Mexico and this hotel was perfect for this (only 45 minutes drive from Cancun airport). Staff was also very friendly and helpful

After checking in, we asked for another room because we didn't like the one we received. I recommend asking for rooms located on the 1st floor. The location was perfect - a few blocks from ADO, you can find a Walmart or MEGA SHOP nearby. Everything was perfect
