The room was beautifully designed, had all the necessities including a kitchenette and the hotel had hammocks and a pool. On top of that, the monkeys that visited the hotel grounds daily were the highlight of the stay! We could feed them on the ground floor as well as in our own balcony. The hotel was half an hour away from Xel-Ha park and is also extremely close to Xcaret parks Xplor and Xenses.

We're able to visits Xplor whilst waiting for room to get ready. Enjoyed stay so much that we opted for late checkout. Lovely room layout and toiletries. Hotel complex felt huge - nice paths to explore. Fab beach with attentive staff that kept bringing drinks. Huge selection for breakfast. Lovely welcome treats upon arrival

    The restaurant needs better management, Service was terrible most of the guests had to wait almost 2 hours to be served with breakfast. I got tired of that service and started to have breakfast, a better breakfast somewhere else.
