Very beautiful setting in the jungle with openness and well maintained. Staff and owner extremely friendly, food was great, pool was enjoyable, kayaks and bikes available at no extra costs. Hammocks and sitting areas in various throughout grounds. Cabins were clean and air conditioned.

Absolutely gorgeous location, and fabulous property with great amenities and wonderful little details. The property is a few kilometers off the main road through the jungle, right on the shore of the lagoon - secluded, peaceful, and beautiful. The lagoon is stunning, and there’s amazing views everywhere on the property. Plentiful hammocks, chairs, and picnic tables for relaxing and enjoying the views. Kayaks and canoes for exploring (life jackets included). Beautiful painted details on the outsides and insides of the buildings. Our room was clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and we had a large, screened-in porch with two hammocks and a small table and chairs. Breakfasts were delicious and the hosts were kind and helpful. It really feels like paradise :)

Incredible waterfront area with kayaks, lounge chairs, covered and open areas, lots of water entry points. So beautiful and a quiet less busy part of the lagoon. Comfy beds, cold ac. If you have a car it's a great location, if you don't it isn't. Also, from the highway, about 2 kilometers of dirt road, rough in spots. As the hotel makes clear, there are steps - the hotel is on a hill and the lagoon is down. No big deal unless you have trouble walking or doing steps.

The place has one of the best locations in the lake. Many others have lake access to deeper areas where lake cenotes are, instead of less deep and turquoise water. The facilities and staff are also great. Breakfast was included and delicious.
