Lovely, beautifully decorated property in a great location close to many restaurants and the beach, although not directly on the beach. Small pool in the center right next to small breakfast bar. The staff was wonderful and the included breakfast each day was amazing. Lovely outdoor beds on two upper decks.

I highly recommend it! We went with children, it has a pool, excellent service... It is a little far from downtown, but it is very enjoyable because we went to rest the pool is beautiful and very spacious.

Great location, really handy to town and a short walk to beach. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Our room was a little dark and musty smelling but was really spacious and comfortable.

The hotel is very comfortable and the interior is beautiful. The bedrooms are a good size with great air conditioning and the shared kitchen and dining area is such a nice and useful space. Georgina is a really welcoming host; she's so kind and helpful.

This place is one of the nicest on whole Holbox!!! It is the nicest part of the beach and could not be better!! We will come definitely again!! Gabriela was really excellent!! Not to forget the wonderful pool!!! In a few minutes walking you are ‘center’! It is a wonderful place!!!

The staff has been incredibly friendly, very clean rooms, fantastic breakfast and also the offered yoga and pilates classes in the morning and afternoon activities have been much appreciated. The location is beautiful and doesn’t want to make you leave this paradise. Also the beach was clean, and the sunbeds are nicely located with enough space inbetween each other. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a place to recharge and relax!

Very good hotel! The hostess immediately after booking contacted me via whatsapp and sent all the necessary information. On the spot, we were welcomed very warmly by both Vanessa and the cat Tora 😊 The room was great - very nice and well thought out. The bed was comfortable. In addition, guests have at their disposal a basket/shoulder bag with a towel, with which you can go to the beach. Drinking water and tea or coffee are available without limits. Internet works fine. In a word, a great place with a good atmosphere.

Everything. The customer service and communication was amazing, the staff were so friendly and helpful. We arranged tours via them as well, I recommend the 3 island tour. They provide transport to las Hamacas where breakfast is and that was amazing, some of the best breakfasts I've had and so much choice (pictures attached). It's on a beautiful part of the beach as well, we ended up staying down there most days as the restaurant and setting was lovely. The room was comfortable and clean and the shower was really hot which was great. Great location in the town area and so close to the beach.
