Very spacious room including seperate living area with fridge and kettle. The airconditionings worked really well, the rooms were clean. Didn’t use the pool but looked ok. Got many tips from staff on what to do in Holbox, would definitely recommend.

Absolutely perfect stay. The hotel is beautiful - clearly the best on the island by some distance. The room is unique and incredibly designed. The staff are attentive and lovely and the food and drink was delicious. The location on the beach was amazing. This hotel is faultless. Special shout out to Martin who selflessly helped us out when we were experiencing an issue (not related to the hotel). He is a very impressive individual and I can't thank him enough. This is one of the best run / well managed hotels I have ever stayed at. Truly awesome.

great hospitality including warm welcome with hot towel and water, very clean place, great location, helpful personnel, great restaurant with fantastic food and drinks. Also worth to mention a small thing that feel guests also well served which is a small desert/sweet thing provided every day. Also very nice surprise for my BDay and great contact before arrival, with few questions as well as important information for the guests. Highly recommend that place !!!
