    I stayed one night in Bukit Mertajam and overall, it was a decent short stop. The town has a quiet, local charm and isn’t too busy, which made it quite relaxing. There’s not a whole lot to do, but it’s a good place if you just want to unwind or try some local food—there are definitely some hidden gems when it comes to hawker stalls and small eateries. That said, it’s not really a tourist-heavy spot, so don’t expect major attractions or much nightlife. It’s more of a laid-back, pass-through kind of town. For one night, it was okay and served its purpose as a quick rest point.

    This is the best food capital of the world!

    This is the best food capital of the world! I was able to enjoy so many childhood memory foods no other place has and there are so many choices that I could have stayed much longer to enjoy! I also enjoy the natural parks and mountains and my favorite one is the butterfly valley ! I never see that many beautiful butterflies in my life! Getting around is super easy ! Just call grab and most of time I just have to wait 5-10 minutes! My favorite restaurant is Tang Son Gourmet Food Restaurant!

    BM is a nice place to visit.

    BM is a nice place to visit. Food is good and people are friendly. The main issue is roads are confusing. Parking is a hassle as place is limited. Vehicles are parked randomly, causing inconvenience. There isn't enough information for shopping in BM.There are not enough signboards showing the way to the destination,looked for. Lastly suggestion please keep hotel cigarette smoke-free atmosphere. Thank you

    De Luma is located in Perda township.

    De Luma is located in Perda township. A lot of food choices, and easy to get around, also the area we stay have a very good view all around the township, paddy fields, Penang Bridge, electric trains, Penang Islang, George Town and nearby kampong areas.

    when you guy take the Deposit amt from our direct card and...

    when you guy take the Deposit amt from our direct card and when we check out that you collect the full amt. what is the reson to collect deposit. and when i was chcking out that time i have asked when the amt will credit your front office person says that it will credit to our card account 2 working days but still it is not got credit. i am very much upset on this.

    Not sure... because most people I know, they go to BM for visiting St Anne Basilica, it is indeed worth. There's a Historic piece inside the church compound. Good that I walked around it. To be honest, didn't get a proper walkaround in BM, perhaps on next and longer stay. I will go around

    I originally booked another hotel and was very disappointed after check-in – the room was full of smoke smell, and I had to request a refund. With my wife and son, I urgently needed a better place to stay, and thankfully I found Fu Hotel around 11pm. What a big relief! The price was the same as the first hotel, but the difference was 100%. Clean, comfortable, and truly worth the money. We were very satisfied with our stay. Highly recommend this hotel! 😁

    Quite a strategic location in Bukit Mertajam, just a few minutes drive to some famous food locations. Since it is renovated from a double-storey terrace house corner lot, cars can randomly be parked at the road side. The room I booked has a wardrobe that very less homestays have it as per its price charge. Room is nicely designed and decorated, bathroom is very clean with good water pressure, bed is very comfortable.

    Finally Bukit Mertajam has a decent hotel! When we stayed here, it had only been opened for about one month. Everything was still new. Hope they manage to maintain the hotel properly. Staff were very friendly especially Sharul from concierge. Rooms were much nicer than the usual Holiday Inns around the world. Will definitely be staying here again if I need to be in BM.

    The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures sparkling clean, modern, and very comfortable. We especially loved how convenient the location is, with cafes, eateries, and a supermarket just steps away. Host was responsive and check-in was smooth. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay in Bukit Mertajam.
