We choose this over two other 5 stars in KLCC and was not disappointed. The check in was smooth at 3 am and good room service menu at this time of the night. The staff was unobtrusive during breakfast, room service and dinner but attentive. The children were offered hot chocolate on arrival and the setup was amazing from sending the large screen tv to us in swimming pool to prompt cleaning of our room. This will be our hotel to stay in KL from now on.

Everything was fine at this hotel and I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff, the cleanliness, the breakfast, the swimming pool, the bar, all good here and cannot complain about anything. Two good shopping center close to it, all fine.

Great location, close to a beautiful park. Gym was good. The swimming was clean and maintained well. There was a working space perfect for remote workers. Everything worked and the staff were very professional.
