Very clean and comfortable. It was probably our best accommodation in Borneo when it comes to the quality of the rooms, and the personnel was very nice and attentive. It’s a bit far from the city centre but still located in a bustling commercial zone where you can find plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops.

I think in Tawau this is great value. Room is clean, can see the ocean from the 2nd floor. Close to street food, markets, restaurants. Good value.
