Staff members were very kind and helpful. I appreciate I was able to pay cash because of my late flight I was not able to contact the bank right away. I was tired and needed to sleep so thank you! Our bed was very comfortable, the room was big and quiet. Breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of options. Offering shuttle to the airport was awesome. We’ve stayed in Holiday inn in different countries and continents, we are always happy to book back with them.

Really good location for an overnight stay if you need an early flight or even arriving late. The staff at check in were very polite and gave us all the information we needed. It’s literally inside the arrival area terminal two and if you need to get to terminal one a shuttle bus is just outside the entrance. Rooms were clean comfy bed and good shower towels prove fed and tea and coffee in the room. No windows but to be honest it’s somewhere to sleep and shower. Tv had plenty English channels. Lots eateries literally just outside the hotel. Definately stay again when needing to be at the airport early.

Airport and immigration difficulties made us have to cancel our original booking, but the staff helped us accommodate in another room. They also guaranteed me there would be no cancelation fee, and gave us another room for the night at a discount. This really saved the night for my family and I.

The location was perfect near the airport just 20mins away and near many restaurants kfc, family mart and other restaurants, the room was good but with no refrigerator but that was ok as we stayed only for 1 night

The proximity with KLIA (10-15 minutes' ride). Easy to find halal restaurants. You can go to Nasi Lemak Tangling, Merrybrown, Subway, and many mamak restaurants. There is a small shopping mall (KIP Mall) that houses Secret Recipe and many eateries. Mr Siva (the manager) is very attentive. He contacted us straight away upon the reservation via booking.com is made. I have requested a shuttle to take my parents to KLIA very early in the morning, I will stay here again in the future.

    We didn't leave the hotel, so I can't really comment on what Sepang is like. We were only there for one afternoon/night as we had an early morning flight back to Australia. We stayed at the IBIS KLIA. The room was very basic, but it was all we needed for the night. The pool was fantastic!

    Excellent value. Very attentive. Menu could have more choice ie small plates or sides. Room service was fine . Room lovely. Shower gorgeous. New bed linen, water and coffee etc replenished when needed. Shuttle to room helpful and to airport. Had to remind staff that dropped us off to take us to the airline check in as requested as it just stopped where shuttle ended. We had special assistance . DO NOT order text from hotel as it appeared to be on a commission basis with hotel and was extremely extortionate. Order your own!!!

    This hotel is another excellent choice for those looking for a short time stay during transit. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, and they are always willing to go the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. The rooms are beautifully decorated and well-equipped. Will definitely stay again during my next travel.

    Good for price very clean n comfortable.

    Good for price very clean n comfortable. Shuttle on time excellent. Near ERL express just parked my car conveniently and took grab to hotel.. Next morning shuttle at 4am to klia2. Arrived back klia2 took ERL to Salak Tinggi station

    This was a short stopover to refresh and recharge for another long flight back to our residence. Overall we were pleased we chose to stay here and cut our losses by cancelling our stay at the Ibis KLIA, which was extremely noisy. We did not venture outside of the Hotel as I am not a fan of humidity and heat, but the location offered many restaurants and shopping. Each evening there was a market offering fresh food, local delicacies, and other items for personal or gifts.

    Check the website carefully as the regular rooms are closer to the shore. Most family rooms and suites are further out in the water. The resort is not flexible when it comes to switching types of rooms.

    The room and bathroom were a good size. The shower had hot water. Air con worked. The breakfast was very nice. Not large in selection but quality was a bit better than some other accommodations we have been to. The pool was a decent size. The layout of the place was like a camp holiday park. It was very Australian looking in design. The price was competitive with the accommodation around the area. Overall the hotel had just the right amount of comfort, serviceability and style. We would stay here again.

    Beautiful hotel located at the airport, for a convenient overnight stay between flights. Lived the buggy service that picks you up from level 2 & takes you to the hotel & you can go back out & eat in the varied food places at Malaysia’s airport. The room was spacious, clean & comfortable with good bathroom amenities. It’s pricey for a sleep in between flights but it’s that or quite low range options at KLIA - there no mid-range so we accepted it.
