I came to Brielle for a particular purpose but was impressed with this beautiful small 'island' town for its wonderfully preserved and reconstructed buildings and fascinating history. I had time to wait for the ferry the next day.

Quiet place, really picturesque with shops, restaurants and bars. There is a supermarket called Jumbo which is underneath the main car park just on the edge of town. They have a regular market. Was a cool historic hotel. Loved the town.
Was a cool historic hotel. Loved the town. Hotel staff were friendly. Only thing I would recommend is that if you can't do stairs, that you request a ground floor room. We were fine with doing the stairs ourselves. The hotel can't put in an elevator due to its historic designation. :) Nevertheless I would stay there againGuest review byLynneCanada - 8.0
