Hotel het Oude Post Kantoor was the perfect place for us to relax, regroup, and be together. We booked the entire property for our stay, which felt like such a luxury. The owners were extremely accommodating of our fluctuating arrival time and variety of guests (and requests). We truly felt at home! Breakfast was delicious, and everyone was very helpful. Kasteel Engelenburg is a historic hotel with lots of atmosphere which offers delicious breakfasts and dinners. Friendly and helpful staff. We had a spacious and comfortable room in what I believe were the converted stables. It had its own terrace overlooking the beautiful gardens. Our room was in the carriage house and it was quirky and fun. The bed was wonderful. Breakfast was incredible, with an equallly stunning view. But what makes this place exceptional is the staff. We particularly enjoy sitting on the lovely terrace when we are there. We have visited twice and we certainly hope to be back again on one of our Europe roadtrips.
