We booked this hotel because all of the hotels closer to the Utrecht train station were booked. We didn't know it was a holiday. But it was a great location for us, my relatives live just 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. We will stay here again next time we are in Utrecht. We loved the balcony overlooking the canal and park across the street. Late checkout, for a small fee, was nice.

Really friendly staff, great location (just a 5 min walk to the canal and city centre), easy parking and overall beautiful and comfortable hotel. Room was big (standard room with balcony), quiet (no noise from outside or hallway), very clean and well kept. Definitely better than expected!

Liked the quirky decor. Bedroom very comfortable with everything we needed. Nice atmosphere in the bar/dining room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast and great coffee. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.

Beautiful well thought out room in a great location. They thought about everything you need for a super comfortable stay. Fantastic rain shower, mini fridge, blue-tooth speaker, coffee maker, plates, bowls, glasses & cutlery, even earplugs & umbrellas you can borrow. The staff in the greenhouse shop are extremely friendly & very helpful. I had an issue with the bedding because I'm allergic to feathers & forgot to check when I booked, they sorted it out with hypoallergenic bedding with no problem & were very kind about it! No issues leaving our bags after check out. Highly recommended, we would definitely stay again! Thank you so much!

We really enjoyed the welcome drink and the nice people working there. The overall atmosphere was cool, laid-back and outstanding. Many nice shops, bars and restaurants are within walking distance. Due to a special arrangement the parking fees during our stay were quite good. We had a perfect time and will definitely come back! 😊

    The location is fantastic if you want to live 15 minutes bus ride out of Utrecht, and you are in the Dutch countryside. The air is clean and refreshing, the staff is friendly and the breakfast has a wide selection of hams, cheeses, and cereals. Highly highly recommended for solo travelers and young travel buddies.

    The breakfast was great. The usual suspects were available at the buffet, such as croissants, sandwich meats and cheeses, eggs, bacon, yoghurt, fruit, etc. The hotel had a very sleek and clean vibe. Looked like it was recently renovated. Coffee and tea in the room. Room service available.
