Beautiful location to stay at! Quiet next to the water where you can just look at all the boats. House is really comfortable and the water in the shower is nice and warm.

The room was really cool! Nice big room with big bed and lovely bathroom with a bath and shower and plenty of room in it. The location is brilliant! It's about 15 minutes walk from the centre but is in its own little area with lots of bars and restaurants and is very close to the canal. I loved walking in and out of the main city as the walk is along a canal in a very pleasant part of the town.

Spacious room with a very comfy bed. Excellent location ~ close enough to the Central train station but in the heart of the action of the old city. Boon's grocery store a 2 minute walk away. The balcony doors allowed us to enjoy the busy-ness of the street below at an arms length. We appreciated the provision of a few essentials that allowed us to have snacks in our room. Friendly host who was interested in our well being.

Friendly vibe, comfortable beds, quiet even though hotel appeared to be full. Breakfast very good, very busy but managed well by staff. Great views over the canal.

I'd rate the location 11 out of 10 - it's the city centre, right in front of the central station, in the shopping mall where you can find everything. Several minutes walk to the Dom Tower. Room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. If I return to Utrecht, I'll definitely stay here again.

    Arrived very late, the host was very good and was able to eat some very nice ribs. Room was very clean, would stay again but unlikely to be in the area again, so very pleasant stay nice people and very clean room, thank you.

    This hotel has a wonderful location in the centre, on a cosy shopping street, close to a good restaurants and a parking garage. Those are the only positive features. Alas, it is the only possibility to stay in the centre and we wish there were other options and we did not have to stay in the hotel when we visit Ijsselstein.
