the room was very well designed, very pretty and super clean. Staff was very accommodating and friendly and the little street the hotel is at was very quiet (during the week that was). The room had a little box with funny faces to make fotos with. Super fun and was good for a real good laugh. The personal note in the room was felt special and showed dedication and appreciation for the guests. Well done for an outstanding Customer Experience.

A lot of thought and care has been put into this place and it shows. Every detail of the room was great. The staff were very enthusiastic and helpful at all times. They even sent an item we had left in the room to a location where I could pick it up.

Aside from the beautiful architecture of the hotel, what made my stay nothing less than spectacular was the amazing hotel staff. It felt like home because the staff was nice and they went above and beyond to ensure that I had a memorable stay.
