My hometown so yes, this was a really nice experience.
My hometown so yes, this was a really nice experience. Wijk bij Duurstede is a cozy little town with nice restaurants. The population is easy to talk to and everyone nicks their head or is wishing you “goeiedag” passing you on the street. Spring/summertime is by far the best time to visit Wijk ❤️ Recommend both restaurant De Engel and De Veldpoort but I’m sure the others serve great food as well.Guest review byEllenNorway

Breakfast is a good spread and sets you up well for the day. You can help yourself to coffee and tea in the breakfast room during the day. This is on top of the tea and coffee supplies in your room. Bed was big and comfortable. Bathroom was good size with option of standard shower or large head shower.
