Namsentunet were able to take my booking at very short notice or I was sleeping in the car that night, this area was the coldest I saw on my trip at -9c, I expected colder for February. The owners were chatty, as Nords go. Its a hunting lodge and many of the local catches are stuffed in the restaurant as is quite the fashion in the region, and this gave me my only chance to see a lynx.Guest review byBryanUnited Kingdom

Looked as though the hotel was being updated. The evening meal was tasty and the place had a nice atmosphere. There was a nice terrace out front to enjoy a beer and soak up the rays. Grong Gård Guesthouse also sent us advice on which road to use to get there, due to work on the main road.
