Anne-Mette is such a kind and thoughtful host! The house was absolutely charming—clean, cozy, and beautifully arranged, and had everything we needed. When we asked her about where to buy alcohol, she went above and beyond and even offered us some beer herself, which was such a sweet gesture. Her hospitality truly made our stay special. Everything - it was a very high standard & nothing is missing. All the little touches that sometimes are missed were there. And all the bedding is also to a very high standard. The apartment, despite being in the ground floor, is very light, spacious & airy. With a beautiful outdoor sitting area in a gorgeous garden with sea views. And the most caring hosts, helping with local information & even freshly baked cinnamon rolls. Just perfect!

    I don't think we saw Larvik at its' best - on a cold, dark...

    I don't think we saw Larvik at its' best - on a cold, dark and windy December night - the restaurants mainly all shut around 9pm which left us with a slightly dodgy Chinese takeaway in which we found a hair, so not great. However, what we did see was quaint and pretty with a beautiful harbour.

    On a road trip through Norway, knowing what I know now, I would have stayed here longer. My ferry is on Wednesday, so I have a day and a half to get to Kristiansand. I would have preferred to stay here longer, lovely hotel, great staff and lovely facilities. Put this on your radar for a stop over.

    Great flat, lots of space, private terrace with nice views over the fields and farms. Quiet. Very well equipped. Flat is over two floors with private entrance, but attached to proprietors house. We were only there for a night, so can’t say much about area. very close to Ferry Terminal in Larvik though. Extremely friendly and helpful host.

    Irina the host is lovely. She will help you with anything. The apartment is lovely and airy and all the rooms are a good size and have all the amenities you will need. The location is great - down by the water and very central and the price is great. The cheapest place in Larvik that I have found and value for money exceeds everything.

    Warm, clean and super-cosy. Well equipped kitchen., comfy bed and very tastefully decorated. It's like a peaceful little village just outside the centre of Larvik. Free parking and close to local amenities.
