We enjoyed ourselves very much and the hosts were very helpful and friendly. The facilities, location and the room were just perfect. The breakfast with ample pieces of bread for toast, cereal and milk ,a wide selection of fresh fruit and the orange juice was absolutely beautiful. If we ever happen to be in New Zealand again we will be returning to Manuka Views.

Great homely stay an hour drive away from Auckland. Angela is super friendly and makes you feel like home immediately. Cute location in a quiet area, with sheep nearby and a nice backyard with a heated pool. Highly recommend to stay here for an escape from the city or on the way up north!

The Hosts were amazing, Daniel and Angela were very accommodating and so so friendly. Explained everything and showed us around. Such a great place to stay and a spectacular haven to stay, truly amazing.

The host is excellent and super friendly. The stay was wonderful and quiet event tough we only had one night I can only recommend staying there. You have everything you need with coffee, tea and milk and we especially loved the tiny oven.

It was a bit away from the central area, but it was tidy and everything prepared such as kithenery, spices, dishes. On top of that room smell was good ! He sprayed the good smell room perfume and it makes us feel good 👍

We loved this place. The room was spacious and private. The spa was perfect. There is a large public pool over the road, but we were happy with our own private spa in the accommodation so didn't visit on this occasion. We used this spot to break up the drive from Kaitaia to Auckland airport. It was a perfect place to spend our last night in the country. Approx an hour's drive to the airport. I also loved that the carpark was inside a gate. This gave me peace of mind. The Four Square next door is super handy too.

Perfect quiet location! The parking spot was a real bonus. The bed was so comfy and the unit was really clean. We had everything we needed for breakfast during our stay. The hosts were quite responsive as well. Close to shops with the bus or by car. The only thing missing would be a small kitchen with a proper sink and gas stove but we truly enjoyed our stay!

We had expected a bedroom, but had a full small cottage with living/kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with King size bed. What was amazing is we had our own deck and spectacular garden. We were asked our preference for breakfast and preferred time, and it was delivered to our door. It is a little outside Warkworth but 20 minutes for a spectacular beach. Our only regret is we had only booked one night!
