    Great location for us, quiet and suited our purpose. Spacious and lots of lovely small touches, like fresh flowers, mini choc bars, bread and milk left. Warm and two forms of heating, very comfortable bed. Short drive to facilities in Johnsonville and not too much further to Wellington. Lovely garden views with birds around, short drive to Makara beach too.

    Great location if you need to be in the Johnsonville area. I've stayed several times for work and the rooms are clean, comfortable and tidy. It beats staying in the city and dealing with traffic. Close to restaurants, supermarket and transport.

    The hotel was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly. I liked the magazines to read and everything was very well maintained. I also liked the handy parking and convenient location. There was hardly any noise from outside the unit.
