They go the extra mile for their guests and that's an understatement. The lodge is a class of its own and so are the rooms. The views from the room were amazing! We were living in the tree tops! The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable with a great shower room. The kitchen area was well-equipped and we were able to make our breakfast at our leisure and to sit looking at another amazing view. We had a wonderful stay with Richard and are already booked to return.

Beautiful location, friendly and kind manager. Our favourite motel during our NZ travels. Spacious family unit with 2 king beds and two single beds gave us plenty of space. Kids used the swimming pool in "winter" and were very happy.
