I would highly recommend staying at Waters Edge.
I would highly recommend staying at Waters Edge. It was amazing to wake up each day to the view of the water and the sound of the birds. The home is a short walk along the track to Opua marina area. I believe that you can also walk the same track to Paihia although we ran out of time to do this. A close car ride to Paihia. Right next to the Opua car ferry which provides a bit of movement and interest as the ferries come and go. All rooms were spacious. Kitchen had everything you could need. Bathroom was lovely with spacious shower and underfloor heating. Beds very comfy and cosy. We even caught a few fish from the deck.
