Perfect apartment style hotel renovated without skimping. Grohe taps, Panasonic microwave, great streaming selection. I really, really loved it. Great location for my needs. A good selection of restaurants next door and others 5 mins away. Coffee at downstairs cafe was great!

The room was lovely, clean, cosy warm, comfortable and spacious.. Lovely hot shower.. Great location beside the park.. We walked into the city centre through the Botanical gardens.. We had a 2 night stay before our flights to Auckland.
