It has everything like home. We definitely stayed there if we had more days. All was new and clean. Loved everything. Cozy two electric blankets, comfortable sofa and huge streaming TV, and large kitchen, bath and bathroom. My brother told me this is the best place for last 9days.

Located in clean and quiet area. Place is also well organized easy to communicate with the host. Even we arrived to the place very late,it was very easy to check in. Amazingly thoughtful arrangement with bedding(heat pad!) and breakfast. Very delightful stay for us as a couple. We will come again ◡̈

This was an amazing stay! Our family of 5 was visiting Hobbiton and we needed a place where we could all stay together comfortably. This house had everything we needed and lovely unexpected touches like chocolates and coffee! Definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Fabulous spacious unit with brilliant facilities. The location is idyllic set in beautiful gardens. Good road links to Rotorua, Taupo etc only 20 min drive to Hobbiton. The breakfast provided with Julie was amazing. Communication with her was very fast and efficient. Recommended +++++

I absolutely loved my stay ! The place is so organised and breakfast is included which even involved real plunger coffee, cereal, a bottle of milk, 4 slices of toast and much more. The beds had heating and the TV was logged into Netflix. Couldn’t fault anything

Dee’s property was immaculate and so well appointed. It had everything you could need for a stay, with lots of extra niceties to make your stay special. Super comfy beds with quality linen and towels. Great communication in the lead up. Couldn’t recommend more highly.
