Staying at the newly renovated DBP was incredible. We were welcomed to a private part of the island by Marcus, the owner—warm, gentle, and genuinely attentive—who made sure our stay exceeded expectations. It happened to be my wife’s birthday, and Marcus and his local team went out of their way to make it unforgettable. Bonus points for DBP’s eco-friendly vision and passion. Fabrice & Judith offer wonderful hospitality. The location is beautiful and is well kept. We were inspired by the magnificent work in building and maintaining the lodge and surroundings. It really feels like a lodge that blends in the jungle perfectly. I hope we will have the opportunity to visit them again soon.

This place is heaven. A little paradise, the view from the room spectacular. I was lucky enough to see dolphins in the bay and a sloth in the garden. The owners are very sweet and try everything to make the stay beautiful. I would come back anytime!

The place was like from a surfer dream. Everything was clean, the staff was very helpfull and friendly and there was a kitchen and a relax space for you. There was very nice window to the jungle from the shower and sea just across the Road.

We absolutely loved our stay at the lighthouse in max plaza. The hotel is perfectly located in bocas town so walking to everything including the airport, restaurants, bars and to transportation around/off the island of colon is so easy. The owner ,Dimitri, is such an amazing person and showed us an abundance of hospitality and kindness from the moment we arrived! He was beyond helpful and answered all of our questions about the islands and even set up an incredible tour for us at a great price!! He really made our experience in bocas memorable and brings such great energy to the place!! We loved meeting him and his staff!! The hotel had great wifi, air conditioning, very spacious areas and very comfortable beds (we slept so good the entire time)!! The restaurant cooks great food and coffee. We will definitely be back and in the meantime we will be recommending this hotel to all friends and family that visit bocas del toro!!

We loved it. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they made us feel immediately welcome. The rooms are stunning and we had a fabulous view over the water from our balcony. I would highly recommend!
