Amazing lodge! You really experience the the jungle fully here. They have a good variety of activities to choose from and our allocated guide, Alan, was the best. We saw many animals, birds, insects and spiders. The staff were very friendly. The food was fantastic. I highly recommend this lodge.

Amazon Planet is a true ecolodge within a natural protected area surrounded by primary original rainforest and wild animals in their natural habitat.

We loved everything! Lodge and rooms, hosts, food, tour guide, transport were all brilliant! A fantastic once-in-a-lifetime trip that was well organized and good value for money. So cool to see the good they're doing at the rescue center too! You can really feel the love for the Amazon here.

A really lovely, peaceful place to stay, surrounded by the sounds of nature, with all the little whooping, scratching, hooting critters that abound. Nicholas, the host, was so helpful in sorting us out with various things, including day trips. It is quite a way from town so organise your food and drinks before you arrive, and don't be fooled by the distance on the map - the real distance is further as you bounce around swerving round potholes. Some taxis might not make the journey depending on the season. Here be dragons....

Excellent location right on the Rio Tambopata. All meals and numerous activities included. Located right next to the Amazon Shelter for Animal and Environmental Protection, which you can visit for a small donation and receive a guided tour. Very friendly and family-like atmosphere. A real gem in the middle of the rainforest. Stunning nature all around, friendly and welcoming owner, comfortable cottages. We visited Peru when there were riots and roadblocks everywhere, but we felt very safe and protected in La Habana Amazon Reserve. The two dogs on the premises deserve extra praise: they are perfectly behaved and one of them always accompanied us when we went to the rainforest or the river - very safe. We definitely recommend having dinner there as well - the best food we ate during our three-week trip to Peru (Lomo saltado, Milanese chicken, etc.).

Enai is located in the forest, on the shore of the Madre de Dios River, 15 minutes from the city of Puerto Maldonado. Enai has a restaurant, outdoor pool, bar and garden.

An absolutely beautiful hotel. The scenery is just stunning. The staff were so helpful, attentive and kind and the tours offered were fabulous. The food was also really good. Highly recommend this place, we were sad to leave.

Very nice place to stay. The airco was so nice because of the humidity and warmth. Room was very clean. The shower was hot and nice. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. We had a problem with the shower and they handeld and solved the problem for us so good. Highly recommend this place.
