Manila is everything that Singapore is not. Chaotic, congested, overcrowded , poor infrastructure and not spotless. Yet it has its own charm, it's people. My first trip to Manila I would recommend a visit to this city, it is very busy and I do advise you have some one that can speak the launage to assist, if you fly into Manila if you need a taxi either a Grab or get your own taxi other wise you will pay more that you should.
