The staff, specifically Newton was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was also perfect (close to SM seaside), and we really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Highly recommend!

I like how welcoming the hotel staffs are, all smiles and very accomodating. The beach and pool outside was very nice although very crowded, it's understandable for we went when it was summer. I enjoyed swimming in the pool area because they also have a bar . They also have a pool area inside the hotel but I didn't have the time to try. Location wise, it is quite far if you are there for activities like tours so better choose tours that includes transfer within the hotel area for your convenience. The place itself is secure and accessible with lots of restaurants and markets around it. You can find 7eleven, robinsons and food park nearby. Taxi bay and and public transport is only few minutes walk away.

Nice hotel and staff with good location in business area. The room allows to store all the luggage with ease. It has small pool (not really swimming, just 1,3m depth) and pretty good restaurant. You had a panoramic view on the city from the room.

This hotel exceeds our expectations❤️ security guard is so friendly always on the go to give us directions🫶 receptionist from our check in and check out time are amazing, most of all fnb staff specially during the breakfast kudos to the chef food might be very simple but it’s so good🤗 room is well clean and spacious more than enough space for us plus they have upgraded us.
