The attention from the staff was perfect, very friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast options are also very good, I personally tried the Shakshuka twice and it was delicious. The vibe of boutique premium hotel is nicelely achieved witht the lounge music and nice smell and lights they have everywhere.

I stayed in The Nishat (Gulberg) for a little over 3 weeks. The staff was welcoming, friendly and very accommodating. The breakfast was absolutely outstanding - the best breakfast buffet I have had in a hotel. I had halwa puri almost every morning, other Pakistani breakfast dishes, as well as french toast, chicken sausage, hashbrowns, made-to-order omelette, various pastries, and chai. The room service cuisine, provided by the on-property Cube restaurant, was outstanding. I ordered a number of Pakistani dishes such as Chicken Tikka and Malai Boti. The property feels very safe. The location is excellent - near Liberty Market, a number of pharmacies, restaurants, cafes, etc. The TV has Netflix, YouTube and Amazon Prime Video. The WiFi worked well - no issues. The gym has treadmills, a stair climber / elliptical type of machine, dumbells, etc. I did not use the pool but it looked very nice. I do not speak Urdu (yet!) so it was very helpful that all staff were able to accommodate me by speaking fluent English in addition to Urdu. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lahore.
