    Near to airport but couldn’t connect with phone number for lift so had to walk there . Bit had lift back to airport 5 mins away But only took 15 mins although in pitch black of evening. Clean tidy lacking poor pillows Not necessary for two quilts Good value for money Poor breakfast choice No bar

    We loved the size of the room; beds were comfortable.

    We loved the size of the room; beds were comfortable. Staff is great, very helpful. Great location (5 minutes from the airport) for one night especially if flying the next day. A free shuttle to and from the airport is a great asset. I fully recommend this place. The only downsize for us was the no refrigerator in the room.

    Lovely hotel, all the amenities, fantastic location for the airport travel and easy to get to Krakow town centre. Friendly attentive staff, although would be great if they could speak at least basic English. Only recommendation from me - harder mattresses. Would recommend as otherwise everything else was great.

    The staff was friendly and efficient.

    The staff was friendly and efficient. Due to flight delays, I checked in at after 2 in the morning, and that posed no problem. The free shuttle to the airport was great, and the breakfast was simple but delicious and reasonably priced. The room was a good size and very comfortable.

    The amenities are excellent.

    The amenities are excellent. Everything seemed to be well thought out to meet the needs of travellers. Space for luggage is lacking. International travellers would most likely have full sized luggage.

    Very beautiful city, with quite a lot things to do!

    Very beautiful city, with quite a lot things to do! The castle and the church are the monuments to visit in first time! The city center is very nice, with a lot of churches that you can visit quickly for free. Krakow is also not so far from auschwitz-birkenau, thats a very interesting museum to do. There are also the salt mines, very beautiful place!! If you have children, or you want to relax, there is energylandia! A big attraction parc, that you can reach from Krakow main station with a train (1h). To eat, I recommend the restaurant Dorothy! That was incredible, and this is cheap! I hope that will help you! Have a nice trip

    I had an amazing stay at this hotel! It’s a beautiful, peaceful palace just 8 minutes from the airport, which made it super convenient. The place is spotless, the staff are so friendly, and the rooms are incredibly quiet — perfect for relaxing after a long trip. The park on the grounds is gorgeous too. I’m so happy I found this place and will definitely stay here every time I’m in Krakow! Highly recommend!

    It is located a few minutes away from Krakow airport. Place was really quiet, so we could have a good rest. Not far from the hotel is a Zabka, in case you need to buy some groceries. Positive point that they offer you a transfer for free to the airport, no matter at what hour (in our case, 4:30 in the morning).

    The hotel is located about a 15-minute walk from the Krakow airport, but they also provide a free transfer service. The room itself was simple but had everything necessary for a comfortable stay before the flight. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Overall, perfect for a short stopover!

    This hotel is made for stays near the airport. A Krakow shuttle train is nearby as well as a walkway to and from hotel and train/airport. Big lobby with plenty of space for meeting, meals and work while waiting. Nice gym with quality equipment that works. Very good breakfast.

    The hotel is conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from the airport. The check-in experience felt rather cold and impersonal. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was spacious, and the breakfast was generous and varied.
