In Jawor you won't find a lot of tourists or fancy restaurants, it even difficult to find a souvenir shop.
It's a nice small town with a lot of German architecture that survived the war, where you can feel how it is to live in the province.
I liked the main square a lot, especially all the buildings with arcades.
Then the Church of Peace and the surrounding park are worth of seeing.

I stayed in Jawor four days and I mainly travelled to other places around. Jawor is worth a visit of half day, to visit the mainly wooden Church of Peace which is part of the Unesco world heritage, have a visit to the Saint Martin`s church and to the main square. The castle of Jawor is in disappointing conditions.

I love this place. Right in the centre of Jawor, big flat with big rooms like it is in old buildings. Despite being an old building, the furniture in modern. Lots of space to move around, have your stuff, and spend time when not out. Just feels like at home. The host is also extremely helpful.

Comfortable beds and clean room. Location has markets, pharmacy etc. nearby and within walking distance from train station. Breakfast was quite okay for this size of a hotel. Smiling and welcoming staff.

I liked the room I had. It was big, clean and light. The big plus that dogs are not a problem at this hotel. Also, I liked that it was possible to regulate heating at the room.
