Breakfast was very good with many options to choose :) But we need to remember - this is Portugal, so Polish people can't expect tomatoes, cucumbers, etc., for breakfast. The host has prepared two routes for a walk in Porto, so we had all the information tourists need, incl. how to use the metro and what option is the cheaper one when looking for a parking near the metro. He is a passionate person, so we could stay in the kitchen and visit whole Portugal just talking to him :D There is a closed parking in the backyard. The room was big enough with a big wardrobe, so we were able to put our baggage/clothes there. The bathroom was as big as it should be. One thing to mention - there was a small rack we were able to put all the cosmetics and other bath stuff there. This is not an usual thing but very helpful. Generally, the stay at Areias do Douro was extremely good and pleasant. We will surely be back there if we visit Portugal again :)

The friendliness of the entire staff, the perfect location (all sights are within walking distance and two metro stations are also within walking distance), the housekeeping was impeccable, the shower pressure was excellent, and the proximity to a supermarket and restaurants. In short, everything was perfect.

We loved the location, 15 mins by car from main train station, 2.5km walk down hill to the river. Loved the room space, 1 large bed and a sofa bed for 3rd young adult, loved the breakfast option which was brought to the room at the requested time and loved the outdoor space and even had a gym.

A trully five stars brand new hotel, located în a picturesque neighbourhood on a narrow medieval street, very close to the city center. The staff is really nice and helpful, always with a smile on the face. The breakfast consists of a good selection of chees, ham, homemade yogurt, cereals, eggs, fruits, fresh cakes and pastry. The bread is delicious, you can't stop eating it, take care, ladies! Our room had a nice view over the roofs. We were delighted to find pastry and porto wine upon arriving at the hotel, and fresh fruits in the room during our stay. We shall come back, not only for the lovely Porto, but for this special place. Obrigado!

The staff was beyond friendly. We had our pet with us and they treated her so well. It was refreshing. The restaurant food was amazing, and yes room service too. We could not help ourselves and order the tiramisu EVERY TIME.

    Beautiful hotel & surroundings and easy to get into Porto with Uber. The attention to details in this hotel are exceptional, from the design of the buildings to the decor. All the staff were attentive and nothing was ever too much trouble. Norberto has created an amazing place to stay and together with his staff (and little Gaudi the friendliest dog ever), he has made a place I would definately recommend to everyone. This place is an absolute gem.

    Really nice small hotel run by a family. Very welcoming and helpful staff. The room was very modern and clean with a nice patio.Delicious breakfest served to the room( with no additional cost) The hotel is located just 10 minutes drive from Porto city center and we found this location very convienient. 20 minutes drive from the airport. Close to shops.

    We had a fabulous stay at Goldnature. The owners, Noberto and Paula created 5star accommodation in Gondomar. From the moment we arrived until we left, everything was 100% perfect! You could not ask for better accommodation and for better hosts! We will definitely stay at Goldnature again.

    The hotel and atmosphere was brilliant, and the host, Norberto, really made us feel at home - very friendly. The breakfast was also really good, with most of it grown at the hotel itself. It's a great hotel if you want a relaxing getaway. I would highly recommend staying here.
